Complete the CO-OP Application
500-600 Word Essay (1 page)
- It is recommended to start in word and copy/paste into the application form.
- Include information about your financial need, your academic background and preparation, and how involvement in CO-OP might impact your MSU career. Also include a paragraph of interest addressing your personal and professional goals and why you selected Montana State University. Please revise and proofread your statement carefully.
Tribal documentation of enrollment or lineage
- All descendent and enrolled Native American students are eligible for CO-OP. Please upload your paperwork into the application form. Some scholarshipsrequire the BIA-4432 form.
