Posting Inside the Student Wellness Center
This page provides general guidelines for signs inside the Student Wellness Center.
The purpose is to:
- Fairly promote events of potential interest to patrons of the Student Wellness Center.
- Prevent damage to any surface and reduce cleanup for custodians, staff and students.
- Maintain a professional and neat look throughout the building.
Who Can Post Info Inside the Student Wellness Center?
Materials may be submitted for bulletin board display that promote MSU events/announcements for students, faculty or staff. Please follow the guidelines below and note that flyers or posters about off-campus non-MSU events or services are not allowed inside the Student Wellness Center.
How to Submit Flyers and Posters for Bulletin Board Display:
Flyers and posters (no larger than 11 x 17”) must first be submitted to the Student Wellness office at 950 W. Grant St, Suite 1204, for review and approval. Once approved, the content will be dated and displayed, then removed when outdated or after being displayed for a reasonable time as part of routine board maintenance.
Where Are Posters and Flyers Displayed?
There is a bulletin board on the first floor of the building in the Commons area next to the single stall restrooms.
Places You Cannot Post Materials
Unapproved materials that have not been submitted to the Student Wellness office in advance and are posted on bulletin boards or other surfaces will be removed.
Other Display Areas
- Plastic sleeves in bathrooms/locker rooms: These are intended for communications about services within the Student Wellness Center. They are for Student Wellness content only.
- Tabletops and other Commons Area spaces: Table tents and flyers may not be placed on table areas and will be removed.
Digital Screens
Student Wellness does not accept submissions for digital display on screens throughout the building.
