2026 State Tournament - February 19th

The State Tournament is held at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. The 2026 events have now been posted below. Rules manuals will be available in September 2025.

Checklist for Events:

    • These are changes and clarifications made by the national organization after the manual is published.
  • Find the Montana Rules Clarification HERE as the season progresses.
  • Events are selected and announced in August/September of the tournament season 
  • Links in the tables below go to the national web page with a description of the event.
  • * Asterisk- Indicates the event is open to the public.
  • + Cross - Indicates that further clarification for the Montana competition is listed below
  • ^ Trial Event - Students earn medals in trial events but points are not earned for team overall scores.
