Course Description: This course provides an opportunity to demonstrate previously learned clinical judgement and skill competency in a simulated environment to ensure patient safety after an extended absence of more than one year from the clinical sequence of a clinical graduate advanced nursing program.    

 Catalog Description: Students demonstrate previously learned clinical judgement and skill competency in a simulated environment to ensure patient safety after an extended absence of more than one year from the clinical sequence of a clinical graduate advanced nursing program.   

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon completing this course, the student will be able to:               

  1. Demonstrate previously learned clinical judgement appropriate to the advanced nursing specialty.
  2. Demonstrate previously learned graduate nursing skill competency appropriate to the advanced nursing specialty.
