Know Your NACE...And Be Career Ready
For new college graduates, career readiness is key to ensuring successful entrance into the workforce. Career readiness is the foundation upon which a successful career is launched. Career readiness is, quite simply, the new career currency. There are eight career readiness competencies, each of which can be demonstrated in a variety of ways. This interactive workshop will introduce you to the NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) Competencies, explore ways you are already demonstrating them, and give you new ideas for fun, easy ways to increase your skills.

Personal Values and Principles: An Exploration

Your personal values are a central part of who you are – and who you want to be. By becoming more aware of these vital factors in your life, you can use them as a guide to make the best choices in your life and career.
In this interactive workshop, you will explore your values and gain a better understanding of their importance and how they will help you make decisions as you consider your future career and life goals.
