Customer Service Assistants play a vital role in supporting and assisting the functions of University Police and Parking Services. Persons in this position will assist the Business Operations Manager and Parking Manager in the daily operations of the department. Students will be expected to exercise considerable judgment, tact, and integrity in the completion of their responsibilities. Promoting the mission of University Police and Parking Services is essential. Student Assistants will develop career skills, build community, and make money to meet educational expenses while working with flexible scheduling.   • University Police: Administrative Operations Support  

Open to all majors! Administrative operations support personnel serve a critical role in the MSU Police Department by completing routine daily tasks and special projects. This is a challenging and highly confidential role demanding exceptional communication and initiative. One must be detail-oriented, inquisitive, self-driven, and consistently high-performing. Dependability, reliability, and regular work attendance is a MUST. May work up to 20 hours per week with weekends and Holidays off. Must have integrity, good moral character, and strong work ethic.   • Museum of the Rockies Student Security and Building Operations 

Team members will be a visible security presence at the museum and special events to ensure the safety and welfare of the museum staff and visitors. All Student Security and Building Operations members will be under the direct supervision of a Security and Building Operations Officer or the team supervisor. Perform general building maintenance inside and outside of the Museum.

  • Academic Peer Partners  

Academic Peer Partners are traditional MSU students who support LIFE Scholars with their academic classes and help them have a successful college experience!  Peer Partners attend class with a scholar and meet with them outside of class to assist with homework assignments.  The flexible time commitment is 2-10 hours/week for $17.00/hr. This role provides valuable personal and professional experience and Peer Partners join a group of fellow students creating an inclusive campus community that supports learning for everyone!
